The company will continue to use the platform built during conversion to ISO 9001:2015 by reinforcing an understanding of how every part of the organisation contributes, emphasising the need to work across departmental boundaries in order to deliver on a unifying purpose.
In order to achieve this, it is our policy to maintain an efficient and effective Quality Management System and to retain ISO 9001:2015 Quality standard, aligned to the company's strategic objectives of developing people through good leadership at all level, managing risk and delivering budgeted performance.
We will adopt a culture of continuous improvement throughout all of our business processes by establishing targets and objectives to drive improvements and ensure that all staff have the right skills and understanding of the purpose and contribution of their role towards achieving these.
